Spa Etiquette
Before your spa experience remember to turn off your cell phone as there are other services in progress. Set the stage for your spa experience by arriving 10 minutes prior to your appointment to allow time to complete your health history form and also to insure your full treatment time. Please note we cannot guarantee full services for late arrival.
Gift Certificates
If you are looking for a unique personal gift, our spa gift certificates can be customized to any occasion. All spa packages/spa retreats are redeemable in one appointment only or used for its monetary value. Gratuities are not included in our spa packages/spa retreats.
Cancellation Policy
We recommend that booking be made in advance by credit card. Cancelations must be made 24 hours prior to the appointment. No shows will be charged 50% of the total service. No shows for a gift certificate reservation will be charged the total of its value.
