MEET DR. RAI 
Dr. Rai is an internationally recognized, award- winning board-certified Plastic Surgeon and Surgical Director. With over 25 years of experience in cosmetic, plastic and reconstructive surgery, Dr. Rai holds privileges at both Eagle Ridge and Royal Columbian Hospital, along with False Creek Healthcare. In addition, he is the President and Founder of Operation Rainbow Canada, a non-profit organization of physicians that provide free reconstructive surgery for those with cleft palates in developing Third World Countries. Dr. Rai completed his training at the University of British Columbia in 1975, when he was certified in Plastic Surgery, subsequently gaining American Board of Plastic Surgery (ABPS) certification in 1977. Dr. Rai serves as teacher for injectables such as Botox and Fillers and other cosmetic procedures in the lower mainland.
